Your phone number is used only for calls responding to your questions, for addressing problems with orders, or in response to requests you have made. Information we collect online and how we use it
You will find requests for customer information in the checkout area of our site. Ordering online requires that you provide your name, address, email, credit card, other information needed for completing your order.
When you visit our site, our web server automatically recognizes your IP address, what browser you're using, and who referred you to our site, but not your email address or any other personal information about you.
In order to keep our site user-friendly and efficient, we also gather data and analyze information that tells us how visitors, as a group, use our site. We don't collect information about you as an individual customer.
How we use Email
After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive this confirmation only if you have correctly provided your email address (required) during checkout. (If you have spam-blocking software, you may not receive your email confirmation.) We may also use email to ask for clarification on an order or to let you know of a problem with your order. And, if you send us questions or requests, we may respond by email.
We also have a ?Forgotten Password? email function, so you can retrieve your password automatically.

When you order online from Glassworks Gallery, your customer information is stored using state-of-the-art security techniques. We use secure industry-standard encryption technology when transferring and receiving customer order-related data. Credit card transactions are handled securely by our credit service. To insure your security we do not store any credit card information.

A cookie is a small file that is stored on your computer. It contains a unique ID. The cookies we use are very limited in their functions. They allow you to leave and return to your shopping cart. A cookie also allows us to gather non-personal information about how visitors move around and use our site. We do not use cookies to gather any other data from your computer. The only personal data we obtain is what you voluntarily provide when placing orders and making requests.
Our Mailing List
Signing up or Removing your name
When you order from us, we have a checkbox so you can add your name to our mailing list if you'd like. We use this list only for Glassworks Gallery mailings and periodic announcements about new offerings.
We believe it's rude to inundate our customers with announcements, so mailings are limited, and you can remove your name from the list at any time. If you wish to have your name removed from our mailing list, just contact us and let us know. We don't like getting unwanted email here, and if you don't want our email notices, we will be happy to honor your request.
