Purple Perfume Bottle
This lovely purple perfumer is designed and hand made by master glassblower Eric Kvarnes.
The foot on this is added as a blob of hot glass and shaped using wet newspaper. A technique I enjoy doing because you can feel the glass as it's shaped, much like a potter can feel the clay as it's shaped. On this one, I pulled the foot out long and formed the stem and foot all in one motion. -Eric
