Glass squiggles

During a drought we saved the tadpoles that were drying up in a small pond next to the house and put them in a large tub in the glass shop. One night I was gazing down at then and thought "I bet I could make a glass tadpole" and did just for fun. The next morning I had them on the gallery counter looking at them at a customer snapped one up excitedly and asked "How much for these?" Surprised, I answered, "Umm.. $7.00?"

They've been selling ever since. People use them for table settings, on a wall, as fertility symbols, whatever. use your imagination. -Eric Kvarnes Owner/Glassblower
